01 General Terms

However, service descriptions, treatment durations, product information, pricing and availability may be subject to change without prior notice.

While we take reasonable care in maintaining our website, we do not guarantee that all content will be free from errors, omissions or technical interruptions.

We reserve the right to update, modify or remove website content at our discretion, without affecting any rights arising from confirmed purchases or bookings.

03 Bookings & Appointments

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by MUKA.

A booking deposit may be required to secure an appointment. The applicable deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

For appointments in Malaysia, the following booking conditions apply:

• A deposit of RM100 is required to confirm each appointment.
• Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Each appointment may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and our rescheduling requirements.
• Further rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

MUKA reserves the right to reschedule or decline an appointment where reasonably necessary for operational, health or safety reasons.

Should MUKA need to cancel an appointment, clients will be offered an alternative appointment or an appropriate refund of payments made for the affected service.

04 Treatments & Client Wellbeing

At MUKA, every treatment is approached with care, consideration and respect for each client’s individual needs.

Our services are intended to support relaxation, facial wellbeing and aesthetic care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions or replace professional medical advice.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, recent aesthetic procedures, medications or other circumstances that may affect treatment suitability.

MUKA reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline a treatment where we reasonably consider it unsuitable or potentially unsafe.

Treatment experiences and results may vary between individuals. No specific aesthetic or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed.

By proceeding with a treatment, clients acknowledge the importance of disclosing relevant health information and following any applicable pre-treatment and aftercare guidance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

05 Packages, Promotions & Gift Vouchers

All packages, promotional offers and gift vouchers are subject to their respective terms, validity periods and conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Packages and vouchers are intended for use within their stated validity periods.
• Packages and vouchers are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
• Extensions, transfers or modifications are subject to MUKA’s approval and applicable consumer rights.

MUKA reserves the right to amend or discontinue promotions without prior notice. Any such changes will not retrospectively alter the agreed terms of completed purchases, except as permitted by law.

06 Product Information & Purchases

Products offered through MUKA’s website or authorised sales channels are subject to availability.

We endeavour to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, photographs and usage instructions. However, minor variations in packaging, appearance or presentation may occur.

Clients are encouraged to review product ingredients and usage instructions before application, particularly where allergies or skin sensitivities are known.

Product pricing will be displayed in the applicable currency at the point of purchase, together with any additional charges disclosed before checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information or discontinue products, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Product returns, exchanges, refunds and delivery arrangements are governed by the applicable policies communicated at the time of purchase.

07 Payments

MUKA accepts the payment methods made available through our authorised booking channels, website or studio.

All payments are subject to successful processing and confirmation.

Where payments are processed through third-party payment providers, their respective terms, security practices and privacy policies may apply.

MUKA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment systems and shall not be responsible for failures beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment details and billing information provided are accurate.

Receipts or invoices will be issued in accordance with applicable requirements and our billing procedures.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on MUKA’s website, including but not limited to our brand identity, logos, imagery, photographs, text, graphics, treatment descriptions, original educational materials and other proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to MUKA or the relevant rights holders.

Our proprietary treatment protocols, training materials, operational methods and confidential business know-how are also protected to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual property and confidentiality laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law.

Accessing our website does not grant any licence or ownership rights over MUKA’s intellectual property.

09 Trademarks

The MUKA name, registered brand marks, logos and associated visual identities are trademarks or proprietary brand assets of their respective owners.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts where reasonably necessary due to security concerns, fraudulent conduct, misuse or material breaches of these Terms.

Any outstanding payment obligations or rights arising from prior confirmed transactions will remain subject to applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from the use of MUKA’s Malaysian website, products or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.
